Born in the 50s

50s

Il gruppo è WE ARE THE SCIENTISTS ed il pezzo è IMPATIENCE. Buon Natale a tutti.

On the Avanoo

I was in a bar yesterday in the afternoon having a schwepps because I was really thirsty and the bar was empty, just me, the bartender and the radio playing. A song from the Police, Next To You was on… and the bartender was older than me, say he was 55 or something and he started to complain about music saying that songs today are not “as they used to be” and that he was getting tired from “all this crap on the radio”.
I was surprised… I mean… that specific song was released when he was 20some and he is not supposed to say those things… not to me at least, I was too young to appreciate in 1978 that song when the Police came out!
This is crazy… people is crazy sometimes…
Listening to a song from the indie scene that lately makes me happy and that I would play in repeat-mode on the iPod inside my head.
The band is WE ARE THE SCIENTIST and the song is IMPATIENCE.
Watch the video, it’s brilliant in the final part and the song makes you want to jump all over!
Happy Xmas everybody.
